Family From Forks

My Dad’s side is from Forks, WA. Some of the Peterson’s were in town visiting and we had a wonderful visit. We had dinner at Jeannine’s house and just visited with each other. They brought us some goodies.

For those of you who are huge Twilight fans, I would suggest buying this book; it is really neat to read. They gave us this book.

Pete and Wilma Peterson, Pete is my Grandfather’s younger brother.

Stan Peterson and my mom, Stan is my dad’s cousin.

Linda Peterson, Julie, and Grant, Linda is Stan’s wife.

Jordan, Brandon, and Sarah, Jordan is Stan and Linda’s son.

Savannah got her shirt so wet, so, we had to take it off. I forgot to bring an extra one.

They brought us shirts, this is one of them. Linda came up with this cute saying.

This is all of my family, mom, sisters, husbands, and kids.

This is everyone that was there that night. We had so much fun. They are wonderful people.

Grocery Shopping

My girls love to go grocery shopping! They love to ride in the carts with the cars on them.

I love October!

I love the month of October! It starts to cold down in Az, Kaitlyn was born in October, and I love Halloween.

San Tan Mall

Since we have been sick, we haven’t really gone anywhere this week. I thought we were all getting better. So, today I took the girls to the mall to play. We had a wonderful time.

We got cookies from Paradise, love their cookies.

Kailtyn made friends with the little boy in the yellow shirt. He is 2 days younger than Savannah. His mom and I exchanged phone numbers; we live across the street from each other.

After Brandon got home from work we went grocery shopping, and then ate dinner. While we were eating dinner Kaitlyn said she was sick. A few minutes later she runs to the bathroom to throw up. While I was eating dinner I was feeling sick too. After Kaitlyn threw up we both went to bed. It was a hard night for the both of us. We had the stomach flu. Brandon took care of Kaitlyn. The next morning Bandon was sick too. We were sick the whole weekend.

Sick

Brandon has been really sick with a cold, and I finally got it. Today I felt so horrible and I had to work. My sister Julie watched my girls for me today. As you can see Savannah is a mess and still in her pj’s. Work was awful today. I was so sick, I was crying. I would be helping customers crying. I couldn’t go home, because I was the only one that could close the store.

Kids Calendar

I love this idea and got it out of my favorite scrapbooking magazine. I had my niece Amber draw me a picture, she always draws the cutest pictures. I used her picture for the background, I found the calendar at Michaels, and it was only a dollar. Also, I laminated the picture. I gave it to my mom.

Cooking with Kaitlyn

This morning Kaitlyn wanted eggs, but she wanted to make them. She is starting to really enjoy helping me cook. She is a wonderful helper. Also, she is starting to like sunny side up eggs, just like her mom.

Big Girl Toothpaste

We barely switched or are trying to switch Kaitlyn to big girl toothpaste. She loves the toothpaste for babies. I think the reason is she can swallow it. The dentist said to use the big girl toothpaste once a day and to use the baby toothpaste once a day.

Craft Time

After Kaitlyn’s dentist appointment we went to Michaels to use my birthday gift card. Kaitlyn wanted to get this craft project, it was only .80 cents. She loves these kinds of craft projects.

Kaitlyn’s Dentist appointment

Kaitlyn had a dentist appointment today and it went well. This was her 2nd appointment, her first appointment was back in March, and I put some pictures up from it. The dentist said her teeth look really good. She is always a big girl when she goes. I’m so proud of her. I really love her dentist and the office. Savannah will go with Kaitlyn next time.
