9 Month Pictures

He loves his Sophie. He loves the blocks too. The blocks first belonged to Kaitlyn then to Savannah. My kids have gotten good use of them.

I got Eli’s 9 months pictures done. Here are a couple of the pictures we got of him. I feel bad I haven’t posted a lot about him. We love having him in our family. I feel so grateful to finally have a boy. I’m so in love with him.

Horrible Accident

Yesterday I saw something that I haven’t seen before and wish to have never seen. I was with my mom in my car and we saw a truck turn left and stuff flying in the air, tons of stuff. I thought it was stuff flying out of the truck. I was going to turn right, but decided to see what was on the road. I saw a motorcycle then I saw a body of a person laying lifeless. My mom sees it too. We both start to cry. At first I thought the person in the truck had drove away (hit and run), but then I see the man in the truck running back. Also, tons of other people running to save this person’s life. It was neat to see all these people trying to save this person’s life. I had to leave, so, I don’t know what happened to this person. I pray for this person and this person’s family.
Life is a precious gift we have and never know when it will be our time to go.

Good Quotes

Positive thoughts for the New Year

-Hellen Keller

“The tragedy of life doesn’t lie in not reaching your goal. The tragedy lies in having no goals to reach.”

–Benjamin Mays

“Even if you’re on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there.”
-Will Rogers

“Of all acts of men, repentance is the most divine. The greatest of all faults is to be conscious of none.”

–Thomas Carlyle

“Be always at war with your vices, at peace with your neighbors, and let each New Year find you a better person.”

–Benjamin Franklin

My ward sent out a newsletter and these were some of the quotes from it, and I love them. I love quotes and have since I was a little girl. A good quote is what gets me motivated.

Jesus Christ

I got this quote on my mission, don't know who it is by.

Without Jesus Christ there would be no Christmas, and without Jesus Christ there can be no fullness of joy. At this Christmas time, this Season when gifts are given, let us not forget that God gave His Son, and His Son gave His life, that each of us might have the gift of Eternal Life-the greatest gift of all.

Followers Of Christ

Have ye received his image in your countenances?

-Alma 5:14

Stand as followers of the Lord Jesus Christ. None of us will fully reach a stage where we can walk as He walked in this Life, but we can work at it. And the more we work at it, the more easily we shall take on the luster of His image in our own lives.

Faith

Faith is calming. Faith erases fear. Faith lifts the spirit and fills the heart with hope no matter what goes on outside us.
