2nd Birthday party

My last birthday event, it probably seems like my birthday lasted a whole week. Today Jon and I celebrated our birthdays together. Everyone came to my house and we had delicious food that everyone brought. We had a lot of fun!

My Birthday!

I had a fun birthday; Brandon surprised me and took the day off from work. In the morning we went to Joe’s Farm Grill and I got my free birthday meal. For lunch we met Marianne up in Scottsdale and ate at a delicious place. Then we went to the PV mall and let the girl’s play in the kids’ area. Then went up to Marianne and Bill’s home and spent the rest of my birthday with them. These are pictures of me opening up presents. After opening up presents we went to Barros for dinner.

This week I will be turning 30 years old, crazy! Today my family had a birthday party for me, my brother in-law Jayson, and Jayson’s brother Dustin. The party was at Jeannine’s house, we had a lot of fun. Amber made this crown for Kaitlyn.

Aunt Jeannine made this shirt for Savannah. She made it out of a shirt she already had. I think it is so cute. She wore it to church today.

We have had this couch since we have been married and it is starting to show some wear and tear on it. I have wanted to pay someone to come and fix it, but at the same time I didn’t want to pay someone. Finally, I figured out a way I could fix it. The before picture I took didn’t turn out too clear. The padding was starting to show really bad. I took cross-stitching thread and sewed the cushion. It didn’t turn out professional looking, but overall I think I did a really good job, and the best part is I didn’t have to pay someone to fix it.
