Christmas Eve

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve; we went up to Brandon’s parent’s house. Brandon’s family eats Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve. Also, we spent the night.

Grandpa Sperry got the grandkids each a reindeer and this reindeer is Kaitlyn’s. She loved taking all the reindeers away from the other kids, because she wanted to play with all of them.

Savannah was in overload the whole day. She didn’t get a good nap. This is a picture of her hitting Nathan with her baby.

We got the girls matching pajamas

Andrea made sugar cookies they were delicious. Kaitlyn left some for Santa with milk.

When I was at work today Brandon took this picture and text it to me. It is a sweet picture of her. When they got home today they started to watch a Christmas movie and Savvy fell asleep.

Savannah craziness this morning

This morning Savannah wouldn’t eat breakfast unless it was a brick of cheese.

Brandon had one more day he had to take off before the end of the year, so, he used it today. Brandon, Kaitlyn, and I were laying in bed and Savannah was playing around the house. Savannah only had her diaper and shirt on; because when she woke up this morning her pants were a little wet. She decides to take her diaper off and just run around. She runs into another room then a few minutes later comes back and says poo, poo. Brandon and I look at each other and say, did she go pooh somewhere in the house? Kaitlyn says I will go look. A few minutes later Kaitlyn yells, she went pee in my bed. Brandon and I start laughing. Savannah is crazy.

One of my hobbies

I love making necklaces. My girls have tons of necklaces. I made the one with the A for Amber for her birthday. I gave it to her today, so, it is ok that’s I’m posting about it. At work Nordstrom did a giving tree and I picked a girl who wants jewelry, so, I made her the other two necklaces.

Mesa Temple Lights

We had a really fun day today. In the morning we went to Village Inn for breakfast, in the afternoon we went shopping for Christmas presents, and in the evening we went to the Mesa Temple Lights. We went shopping and to the Mesa Temple lights with the Walker’s and Marianne.

This is the first time I have seen this picture, Brandon took it at the temple. Nathan looks so cute, he makes me laugh.

When we went into the Visitor Center and were waiting to hear the Christus, we kept asking Kaitlyn if she wanted to see Jesus. She wanted to take her jacket off and we told her no, and she said, “I want Jesus to see my dress.”
On the way home Kaitlyn said, “I don’t think that Jesus is real, his mouth didn’t move. Jesus has brown hair.” She is so cute.

I wasn’t thinking and I left a bag of Christmas presents on the dining room table, Kaitlyn got into it. She saw the dolls I’m giving her and her sister. I just acted like I was giving them to Savannah. She was so sad and all she can talk about is the doll. Today she made this thing and after she was done with it, she said, “This is for Chubs and I get the doll.” I don’t think Savannah would want this over the doll. Kaitlyn makes me laugh.

We wrote Santa a letter today.

I will translate the letter:

Dear Santa

Can you bring me a kitty and a bike?

After helping her write this letter I realize I really need to work more with her on her ABC’s.

We Love Santa

I took the girl’s to the Chandler Mall today to see Santa. Kaitlyn had been dying to see him and to tell him what she wants for Christmas.

Waiting in line and Fairy had to come with us. She is so excited to see Santa!

Grandma Peterson gave Kaitlyn this Minnie Mouse book a couple of weeks ago. In the book Minnie has a kitty and now Kaitlyn wants a kitty for Christmas. She brought this book with her to show Santa the kitty she wants.

Right before it was our turn to see Santa I woke Sav up. When we got up to Santa Kaitlyn wouldn’t go sit by him, she hide behind me. I ask Sav if she wanted to see Santa and she said, “NO.” I tried hard to get them to sit by Santa but they wouldn’t have anything to do with him. Kaitlyn does love Santa!

Christmas decorations

When Savannah went to bed we put the Christmas decorations up. We are so excited for Christmas. I love the feeling of this time of year. Sometimes I wish I lived somewhere where it snowed.

Black Friday

Yes, we woke up at 4:30a.m. to do Black Friday, it was so much fun. Since we have been married we have done it almost every year. We got some good stuff and good deals.
